If you or your guests are interested in buying or just want to look at properties and the real estate market in Bulgaria, we will be happy to assist you. We can arrange views and information with established, respectable estate agents and property developers at no cost to you.

Mid stay cleaning and laundry service

For enjoyable and relaxing holiday, we can offer and organise a cleaning service and linen change during you stay. The cost is depending on the rented property and will be payable locally.

Airport Transfers

We can meet you on your arrival in airport of Burgas or Varna and drive you to the property or the holiday destination. And at the end of your holiday we will take you back to the airport.

Guest Welcome Pack

We will organize groceries to be available in your property on arrival, especially we recommend this if the flight is late nigh or in weekdays. This way there will be a light snack and drink when you arrive in your holiday accommodation.

Car hire

We can hire a car on your behalf for the duration of your stay at discount rates. Please contact us at least one month in advance. The price for the car hire will vary depending on the car and duration you choose. The car can wait for you either on the airport or the holiday destination.
